Your username is the same as your ICT Singapore account nickname.
Your ICT Singapore ID is the same as your ICT Singapore account nickname.
The password into your account is the same as the confirmation code used to create your account. If you have forgotten your password, it will be necessary for you to go through the "Forgot Your Password" function to create a new one.
If you are unable to login to your account, please double check the following:
1. When entering your password to access your account, be sure that all
of the letters are capitalized and there are no spaces present.
2. Your "Number Lock" and "Caps Lock" keys are off.
3. Your Internet browser is set to accept cookies.
4. Java Script is enabled on your computer.
5. If you are still unable to access your account, please generate a new
password through our "forgot your password" function:
o When you click "Continue to step 2", this function will automatically generate a confirmation code which will be e-mailed to you from notify@ict.edu.sg. Retrieve the confirmation code from that email, and enter it where indicated.
o Upon entering this confirmation code and clicking "Finish", your new password will be generated for you.
